We offer a building warranty period in a view to put right defects that could potentially develop within the first two years of the completion of our work, e.g. small cracks in walls because of drying shrinkage, thermal or moisture changes in building materials, or ground settlement.
OUR SERVICES
SITE SURVEYS
We use the latest technology to carry out a wide range of accurately measured survey data, including floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models. A site survey is essential to ensure the location in question correctly assessed, ensuring the planned works can go ahead and meet the required specifications.
SITE INVESTIGATIONS
We provide full site investigation services, from preliminary desktop studies to intrusive testing using trial pits and boreholes. We also offer geo-technical advice based upon soil conditions, on-site testing, and laboratory testing as and when required. Finally, we provide environmental advice relating to ground contamination, ground gas emissions, and the development of brownfield sites.
BRICKWORK
We are brickwork and bricklaying specialists, offering all aspects of brickwork including extensions, conservatories, garden walls, chimneys, stone and flint work, re-pointing and new-build brickwork. We are happy to advise on design and can help you when selecting the type and style of brick, especially if it needs to be matched to existing brickwork.
PILING
Piling is one of the basics of construction and acts as a critical support for a wide range of buildings. We offer a complete range of piling options, from mini-piling rigs designed to pass through standard door openings inside houses and commercial premises, right through to heavy machinery capable of installing high capacity driven pre-cast and steel-bearing piles.
UNDERPINNING
Underpinning may be required if the existing foundation of a building needs strengthening or stabilising, which is particularly the case with older properties. Subsidence is also a factor, as are changes to the soil conditions that have led to the foundations moving. Underpinning may also be needed if any extra level of the building is planned, to ensure the foundations are stable enough to support the additional weight. Regardless of the causes, we can provide underpinning on any type of building, whenever it is required.
CONCRETE PUMPING
We offer two main types of concrete pumping: a 'concrete line pump' or a 'trail mounted concrete pump' for hard-to-reach locations (for instance, when running a pipe down the side of a house to reach a rear extension). We also utilise a 'boom concrete pump' whereby we use a remote-controlled articulating robotic arm to place concrete in more remote areas or when rapid outputs are required. We can create concrete mixes to suit all purposes e.g. foam concrete, lightweight concrete, self-compacting concrete and high-density concrete. No matter what your concrete pumping needs, we’ve got you covered.
STEEL FRAME
Most home extensions and internal alterations require some form of structural support to form openings or to accommodate contemporary open-plan spaces. This is why we undertake all types of structural steel work. Whether it’s fitting steel beams or lintels, or complete structural fitting RSJ, we have the expertise to deliver perfection every single time. We have close partnerships with a number of the best steel suppliers in the country, allowing us to offer bespoke steelwork that meets your specific requirements.
ROOFING
We offer all types of roofing services, including new roofs, re-roofs and flat roofing. Our team of roofers have decades of experience working in a competitive industry, equipping them with the skills to deal with all manner of roofing tasks.
